At Millennial Perfumer, we want you to find your signature scent without the stress. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
